In 2003 Sasol entered the fuel retail market and CTS were selected as part of their service provider training team. The initial work was to be involved with developing training material for all levels of Service Station staff namely, Franchisees, Merchandisers, Car wash, Forecourt, Bakery and Shop staff. CTS assisted in designing the Sasol Super 7 motivational training material and P.E.P (Performance Enhancement Process). The process was trained to all staff and a programme of on-site training implemented to ensure programme sustainability.
