The initial assignment was at Rosslyn Brewery in Quality Assurance Consulting. This rapidly led to involvement in line efficiency problems that were directly affecting Productivity and Sales. The improvement process following a pilot programme on one line led to expansion to the total packaging hall. Further implementation was then undertaken at Chamdor Brewery.

The process with the assistance of SAB management was used to develop the National Quality Initiative. This programme was aimed at Supplier Development for the entire SAB network.
