• Won recognition and a major award from Toyota for the ‘Most Improved Supplier’ as the General Manager of Dorbyl Automotive Products.
  • Designed a supply chain Continuous Improvement Process for sustainable business turnaround and growth, inclusive of formulating innovative experiential training and consulting material.
  • Designed and successfully implemented a Continuous Improvement process across a wide range of ‘blue chip’ / high profile industries e.g.  automotive, fmcg packaging, chemical, mining (gold and coal), brewing, milling, food, printing, petro-chemical and sugar industries.
  • Consulted to South African Breweries in the design and implementation of the “National Quality Initiative.” (Supply Chain Process).
  • Facilitated a Continuous Improvement Process at SAB Rosslyn,  Isando and Chamdor Breweries, resulting in multi million Rand improvements.
  • Contracted to Sasol Oil 2003 / 2009 for consulting, designing training material and implementing the “Performance Enhancement Process.”  (Retail  Service Excellence Programme)
  • Pioneered and successfully implemented “Employee Ownership” for sustainable improvement using business unit concepts, support training and “Green Area Business Centres”.
